Please note the following important deadlines:

For Students:

  • Secretariat Applications: Sunday, July 11th, 2026

  • Secretariat Interviews: Friday, July 17th, 2026

  • Student Officer Applications: Sunday, September 20th, 2026

  • Student Officer Interviews: Saturday, September 26th, 2026

  • ICJ Advocates Applications: Sunday, January 17th, 2027

  • Independent Delegations Applications: Sunday, January 24th, 2027

  • ICJ Judges Applications: Sunday, January 31st, 2027

For Advisors:

  • Form I (School Registration) & Flat Fee: Sunday, January 24th, 2027

  • Form II (Delegate Registration) & Fee Deposit: Sunday, February 21st, 2027

  • Form III (Submission of GDPR Forms & Late Payments): Sunday, March 7th, 2027

Kindly note the fees associated with the 10th ACGMUN conference:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit (School Flat Fee): 150€

  • Delegate Fee: To be announced

  • ICJ Judge/Advocate Fee: To be announced

  • MUN Advisor Fee: To be announced

  • Student Officer Fee: To be announced

  • Late Payment Fee: 10€

Remarks:

  • The non-refundable deposit (School Flat Fee) must be submitted in the form of a receipt along with Form I by: Sunday, January 24th, 2027.

  • Each participation fee covers all miscellaneous items (badge, tote bag, notepad, folder, pen), food and snacks, and participation in the Social Event.

  • All relevant fees associated with your school must be deposited by: To be announced.

  • In case of a missed deadline, a Late Payment Fee of 10€ per participant will be added to your requested total.
