- Non-Refundable Deposit (School Flat Fee): 100€

Remarks:
- The non-refundable deposit (School Flat Fee) must be submitted in the form of a receipt along with Form I by: Sunday, January 25, 2026.
- Each participation fee covers all miscellaneous items (badge, tote bag, notepad, folder, pen), food and snacks, and participation in the Social Event.
- All relevant fees associated with your school must be deposited by: Sunday, February 15, 2026. In case of a missed deadline, a Late Payment Fee of 5€ per participant will be added to your requested total.
